A friend once sent this collection of love quotes which I thought was extremely sweet. When they were together, they were the happiest couple in the world. Nothing could spoil their day. Not the workload nor the jam or the rain.
When they broke up, my friend's heart was broken, crushed as he described it. He was constantly thinking about what went wrong and there were many regrets.
He went on living though, despite all the pain. And he believes that they met for a reason. He was sure that God's plans for them both is not fully revealed and he gamely soldiers on despite all the pain. If that isn't love, I don't know what is.

When I read this, I felt a choke in my throat as I tried not to be emotional in his presence. I guess, when you love somebody, you need to do so unconditionally, accepting any and all flaws... It is in the imperfections that you find that perfection you have been looking for...
